RAKCERAMIC Corporate Disclosure — 26 July 2026

The company has informed that out of four (4) production lines in Tiles Plant of the Company, machineries of tiles Production Line-3 & Line-4 will remain under maintenance from July 23, 2026 to August 22, 2026 (approx.). During the maintenance period the other two production lines in Tiles Plant (Production Line-1 & Production Line-2) will continue its production. The Company will announce the resumption of operations of said production lines as soon as it is ready after the completion of maintenance work.

কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে, কোম্পানির টাইলস প্ল্যান্টের চারটি (4) প্রোডাকশন লাইনের মধ্যে, টাইলস প্রোডাকশন লাইন-3 এবং লাইন-4 এর যন্ত্রপাতি 23 জুলাই, 2026 থেকে 22 আগস্ট, 2026 (আনুমানিক) পর্যন্ত রক্ষণাবেক্ষণের অধীনে থাকবে। রক্ষণাবেক্ষণের সময়কালে টাইলস প্ল্যান্টের অন্য দুটি প্রোডাকশন লাইন (প্রোডাকশন লাইন-1 এবং প্রোডাকশন লাইন-2) তাদের উৎপাদন চালিয়ে যাবে। রক্ষণাবেক্ষণের কাজ শেষ হওয়ার পর প্রস্তুত হওয়া মাত্রই কোম্পানি উক্ত প্রোডাকশন লাইনগুলির কার্যক্রম পুনরায় শুরু করার ঘোষণা দেবে।
