The Company has informed that to comply with the provisions of Section-9 of the Finance Act, 2015 and the BSEC's Directives dated April 27, 2016 the Company has postponed their 36th AGM, which was scheduled on June 23, 2016. New date for AGM will be notified later after considering the audited accounts from January 01, 2015 to June 30, 2016. Record date declared earlier i.e., May 19, 2016, shall remain unchanged.
