The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has approved 500% interim cash dividend for the year 2015. It is to be noted that, total interim cash dividend amount will be Tk. 236.25 million, out of which 137.48 million will be from current years (January to June 2015) profits and rest 98.77 million will be funded from undistributed profit lying as free reserve which has been transferred to retained earnings for the distribution of dividend.
