The Board of Directors of the Company has declared interim cash dividend @ 275% for the year ending on 31 December 2014 after considering the performance of the Company from 1 January 2014 to 31 May 2014 and the retained earnings up to 31 December 2013. The Board has also declared profit after tax of Tk. 71.95 million and EPS of Tk. 15.23 for the period ended on 31 May 2014. Record date for entitlement of interim dividend: 07.07.2014.
