Without qualifying our report, we would like to draw attention to the accompanying note-5.1 to the accompanying financial statements that the Fund had originally invested Taka 86,100,244 in shares of IBBL Mudaraba Perpetual Bond representing 12.66 % of total asset as against statutory limit of 10 % of its total assets in any particular company and the investment exposure has been brought within the allowable limit subsequently.
