The Company has informed that it has credited the bonus shares for the year ended on December 31, 2015 to the respective shareholders' BO Accounts on April 24, 2016. The Company has also requested the concerned shareholders to collect their Cash Dividend Warrants for the year 2015 from Head Office of the Company during Office hours from 25.04.2016 to 27.04.2016 after which the same will be dispatched by courier/post. Amount against fractional stock dividend warrants will be distributed soon.
