The Company has informed that it has credited the bonus shares for the year ended on December 31, 2014 to the respective shareholders BO Accounts on May 21, 2015. The Company has also requested the concerned shareholders to collect their Cash Dividend Warrants for the year 2014 from Head Office of the Company during Office hours from 24.05.2015 to 28.05.2015 after which the same will be dispatched by courier/post. Amount against fractional stock dividend warrants will be distributed soon.
