(Transferor Companies) with Renata Limited (Transferee Company) ("the Scheme") on April 16, 2022 at 10:30 am at Renata Limited, Plot-I, Milk Vita Road, Section-7, Mirpur, Dhaka at in accordance with the provisions of Section 228 and 229 of the Companies Act, 1994 for approval of the same Scheme by the Creditors of Renata Limited.
