(Continuation news of RENATA): on 01 March 2022 approved the amalgamation of Renata Agro Industries Limited and Purnava Limited with the company, whereby the Subsidiaries will merge with the company and the company shall be the surviving entity. Our opinion is not modified in respect of this matter. The financial statements reflect financial result of the amalgamated entity. (end)
