Refer to the earlier news of the Company disseminated by DSE on 22.10.2023, the company has further informed that Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) vide their letter Ref: BSEC/CFD/CRD/DS-241/19 dated January 22, 2024 has given their consent for issuance of 5 years Secured, Non-Convertible, and Fully-Redeemable Zero Coupon Bond of an amount up to BDT 6,601.50 million through private placement. The fund would be utilized for refinancing existing loans.
