(RENATA-এর চলমান খবর): ১৮ জুন ২০২৫ তারিখে অনুষ্ঠিত বোর্ড সভায় কাঠামোটি নিম্নলিখিত পদ্ধতিতে সংশোধন করার সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়া হয়েছে: পূর্ববর্তী কাঠামো: ইস্যুকারীর বিবেচনার ভিত্তিতে অ-ক্রমবর্ধমান, অ-অংশগ্রহণযোগ্য, খালাসযোগ্য বা সম্পূর্ণরূপে রূপান্তরযোগ্য অগ্রাধিকার শেয়ার। সংশোধিত কাঠামো: অ-ক্রমবর্ধমান, অ-অংশগ্রহণযোগ্য, সম্পূর্ণরূপে রূপান্তরযোগ্য অগ্রাধিকার শেয়ার। এই সংশোধন বাংলাদেশ সিকিউরিটিজ অ্যান্ড এক্সচেঞ্জ কমিশন (BSEC) এর অনুমোদন সাপেক্ষে। (শেষ)
