The company has informed that they have received the consent letter from the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) for the issuance of Non-Cumulative, Non-Participative and fully convertible preference shares vide letter no. BSEC/CI/CPLC (Public)-1098/2024/49 dated 27 July 2025, subject to approval from the shareholders in Extra-Ordinary General Meeting.
