Referring to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 28.07.2025, the company has informed that at the 235th Board Meeting of the company held on July 29, 2025 the Board of Directors has decided to issue Non-Cumulative, Non-Participative and Fully Convertible Preference Shares totaling TK. 3,25,00,00,000/- (Taka three hundred and twenty-five crore) only as directed vide Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) Consent Letter (cont.1)

২৮.০৭.২০২৫ তারিখে ডিএসই কর্তৃক প্রকাশিত তাদের পূর্ববর্তী সংবাদের উল্লেখ করে, কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে ২৯ জুলাই, ২০২৫ তারিখে অনুষ্ঠিত কোম্পানির ২৩৫তম বোর্ড সভায় বাংলাদেশ সিকিউরিটিজ অ্যান্ড এক্সচেঞ্জ কমিশন (বিএসইসি) সম্মতিপত্র (অবিলম্বে ১) অনুসারে, পরিচালনা পর্ষদ মোট ৩,২৫,০০,০০,০০০/- (তিনশ পঁচিশ কোটি টাকা) অ-ক্রমযোজিত, অ-অংশগ্রহণমূলক এবং সম্পূর্ণরূপে রূপান্তরযোগ্য অগ্রাধিকার শেয়ার ইস্যু করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে।
