The auditor of the Renwick Jajneswar & Co (Bd) Ltd. has given the "Qualified Opinion" & "Emphasis of matters" paragraphs in the Auditor's Report for the year ended 30 June, 2022. Basis for Qualified Opinion: 1. As disclosed in note # 06.00, Trade and other receivables for aggregate amounting to Tk. 168,365,356 could not be verified satisfactorily in absence of aging analysis, subsequent collection statement, provision creation and confirmation of balances.
