RENWICKJA Corporate Disclosure — 15 October 2026

The company has informed that the Board of Directors has approved the revaluation of the Company's assets and liabilities. Based on the report of SHAFIQ BASAK & CO., Chartered Accountants, the carrying amount of the assets has increased from Tk. 299,659,467.00 to Tk. 12,583,749,981.00, the revaluation surplus of Tk. 12,284,090,514.00 will be reflected in the financial statements, subject to auditor review and regulatory requirements. কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে, পরিচালনা পর্ষদ কোম্পানির সম্পদ ও দায়ের পুনর্মূল্যায়ন অনুমোদন করেছে। শফিক বসাক অ্যান্ড কোং, চার্টার্ড অ্যাকাউন্ট্যান্টস-এর প্রতিবেদন অনুযায়ী, সম্পদের বহনকৃত মূল্য ২৯৯,৬৫৯,৪৬৭.০০ টাকা থেকে বৃদ্ধি পেয়ে ১২,৫৮৩,৭৪৯,৯৮১.০০ টাকা হয়েছে এবং পুনর্মূল্যায়ন উদ্বৃত্ত ১২,২৮৪,০৯০,৫১৪.০০ টাকা নিরীক্ষকের পর্যালোচনা ও নিয়ন্ত্রক সংস্থার প্রয়োজনীয়তা সাপেক্ষে আর্থিক বিবরণীতে প্রতিফলিত হবে। (চলবে.১)
