The auditor of the Republic Insurance Company Limited has given the "Emphasis of matter" paragraphs on the audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2021. Emphasis of Matter: In reference to the Insurance Act 2010 sponsors & directors of non-life insurance company should hold 60% of total paid up capital. But, the sponsors & directors of the company have just hold 31.67% of total paid-up capital. Our report is not qualified in this respect.
