(Continuation news of REPUBLIC): The percentage of holding for the year 2022 of Sponsors and Directors is 38.31% and General Public is 61.69%, while for the year 2021 it was 31.67% and 68.33% respectively. The sponsors and directors are shareholding 38.31% against 60% as required by Insurance Act 2010 section 21(3) and Schedule 1. On the other hand the sponsors and directors of the company are holding more than the 30% shares of the paid up capital (cont.5)
