Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 04.05.2025 regarding dividend declaration, the company has further informed that the reasons for declaration of Stock Dividend for the year ended December 31, 2024, 1. The primary reason of declaration of Stock Dividend is to maintain steady growth of Investments, e.g. FDR, Govt. Treasury Bond to enhance the company's financial strength and part of the profit of the company has already been invested in FDR & related accrued interest (cont.1)

ডিএসই কর্তৃক ০৪.০৫.২০২৫ তারিখে লভ্যাংশ ঘোষণা সংক্রান্ত তাদের পূর্ববর্তী সংবাদটি দেখুন, কোম্পানিটি আরও জানিয়েছে যে ৩১ ডিসেম্বর, ২০২৪ তারিখে সমাপ্ত বছরের জন্য স্টক লভ্যাংশ ঘোষণার কারণগুলি ১। স্টক লভ্যাংশ ঘোষণার প্রাথমিক কারণ হল বিনিয়োগের স্থিতিশীল প্রবৃদ্ধি বজায় রাখা, যেমন এফডিআর, সরকারি ট্রেজারি বন্ড কোম্পানির আর্থিক শক্তি বৃদ্ধির জন্য এবং কোম্পানির লাভের একটি অংশ ইতিমধ্যেই এফডিআর এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট অর্জিত সুদে বিনিয়োগ করা হয়েছে (চলমান ১)।
