The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the company at its Board Meeting convened on 14 October 2026, has duly passed a resolution to temporarily lay off the plant and factory operations of the Fabric and Hang Dyeing Division for an initial, definitive period of 15 (fifteen) days as per the EPZ Labour Law 2019, supported by the subsequent Bangladesh EPZ Labour Rules 2022, effective from 17 October 2026 onward. কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে, কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদ আগামী ১৪ অক্টোবর ২০২৬ তারিখে অনুষ্ঠিত বোর্ড সভায়, ইপিজেড শ্রম আইন ২০১৯ এবং এর পরবর্তী বাংলাদেশ ইপিজেড শ্রম বিধিমালা ২০২২ অনুযায়ী, ফেব্রিক এবং হ্যাং ডাইং বিভাগের প্ল্যান্ট ও কারখানার কার্যক্রম প্রাথমিকভাবে ১৫ (পনেরো) দিনের জন্য সাময়িকভাবে স্থগিত রাখার একটি প্রস্তাব যথাযথভাবে পাস করেছে, যা ১৭ অক্টোবর ২০২৬ তারিখ থেকে কার্যকর হবে। (চলবে.১)
