ROBI Corporate Disclosure — 17 August 2026

The company has informed that the Board of Directors of Robi Axiata PLC approved the launch of "Cirkle" as a new sub-brand of the Company. The commercial use of the "Airtel" brand in connection with the relevant products and services will be discontinued as part of the transition. The launch of Cirkle or discontinuation of Airtel will have no impact on existing customers, products, services or customer arrangements.

কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে, রবি আজিয়াটা পিএলসি-র পরিচালনা পর্ষদ কোম্পানির নতুন সাব-ব্র্যান্ড হিসেবে 'সার্কেল' চালু করার অনুমোদন দিয়েছে। এই রূপান্তরের অংশ হিসেবে, সংশ্লিষ্ট পণ্য ও পরিষেবার ক্ষেত্রে 'এয়ারটেল' ব্র্যান্ডের বাণিজ্যিক ব্যবহার বন্ধ করে দেওয়া হবে। সার্কেল চালু হওয়া বা এয়ারটেল বন্ধ হয়ে যাওয়ার ফলে বিদ্যমান গ্রাহক, পণ্য, পরিষেবা বা গ্রাহক ব্যবস্থাপনার উপর কোনো প্রভাব পড়বে না।
