(Continuation news of RSRMSTEEL): amount of BDT 175,351,782 as advance against L/C both satisfy the property, plant and equipment (PPE) recognition criteria as per IAS-16. In our opinion, the company should have recognized the capital work in progress and advance against L/C as PPE and charged the associated depreciation in the financial statements.
