(Continuation news of RUNNERAUTO): assembling and manufacturing of vehicles from Bajaj Auto Limited. This will be the first ever 3-Wheeler manufacturing set up of a global brand in Bangladesh. The Company also informed that they will invest approximately Tk. 300.00 crore, a part of which will be funded by IPO proceeds which has already been approved by the board in their l54th meeting held on 28th October, 2019 and subsequently it was approved in the 6th EGM held on 17th December, 2019(cont. 2)
