The Company has informed that it revised the IPO proceed dated 24th February 2020 for the manufacture of 3-wheeler which supposed to be completed within 24 months from the date of approval. LC of the machineries already opened and the local construction going on simultaneously. But due to the impact of COVID 19 most of the countries were under lock down for several months which delayed the production and shipment of the capital machineries on due time. (Cont.)
