The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has decided to amend the Articles no. 01 to 197 of existing "Articles of Association" of the Company will be replaced by new "Articles of Association" with or without modification containing Article no. 01 to 185 subject to the approval of the Shareholders in the 21st AGM of the Company to be held on December 23, 2021 as special business.
