Mr. Md. Mozammel Hossain, a Sponsor Director of the company, has expressed his intention to transfer 2,270,800 shares of the company to his son Mr. Mahamud Al Nahian and 1,135,400 shares of the company to his daughter Ms. Nowsheen Ishrat Promee (both are general shareholder of the company), by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within April 30, 2025.
