The company has informed that Mr. Md. Mozammel Hossain, a Sponsor Director of the company, has completed the transfer of 2,270,800 shares of the company to his son Mr. Mahamud Al Nahian and 1,135,400 shares of the company to his daughter Ms. Nowsheen Ishrat Promee by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange as per declaration disseminated by DSE on 15.04.2025.

কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে, কোম্পানির একজন স্পন্সর ডিরেক্টর জনাব মোঃ মোজাম্মেল হোসেন, ১৫.০৪.২০২৫ তারিখে ডিএসই কর্তৃক প্রচারিত ঘোষণা অনুসারে, এক্সচেঞ্জের ট্রেডিং সিস্টেমের বাইরে উপহার হিসেবে কোম্পানির ২,২৭০,৮০০ শেয়ার তার ছেলে জনাব মাহামুদ আল নাহিয়ানের নামে এবং ১,১৩৫,৪০০ শেয়ার তার মেয়ে মিসেস নওশীন ইশরাত প্রমির নামে হস্তান্তর সম্পন্ন করেছেন।
