Refer to the earlier news disseminated by DSE on March 24, 2026 regarding the Board's approval of a Master Supply and Manufacturing Agreement with BYD China, DSE subsequently made a query to the company and requested to provide the copy of the agreement along with the probable financial impact of the said agreement. বিওয়াইডি চায়না-র সাথে একটি মাস্টার সাপ্লাই অ্যান্ড ম্যানুফ্যাকচারিং অ্যাগ্রিমেন্ট (এমএসএমএ) বোর্ডের অনুমোদনের বিষয়ে ডিএসই কর্তৃক ২৪ মার্চ, ২০২৬ তারিখে প্রচারিত পূর্ববর্তী সংবাদের পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে, ডিএসই পরবর্তীতে কোম্পানিটির কাছে একটি জিজ্ঞাসা করে এবং উক্ত চুক্তির সম্ভাব্য আর্থিক প্রভাবসহ চুক্তিটির একটি অনুলিপি সরবরাহ করার জন্য অনুরোধ জানায়। জবাবে, কোম্পানিটি তার ২৫ মার্চ, ২০২৬ তারিখের চিঠির মাধ্যমে অন্যান্য বিষয়ের মধ্যে নিম্নলিখিত বিষয়গুলো জানিয়েছে: "এমএসএমএ হলো প্রাথমিক কাঠামো চুক্তি যা (অব্যাহত ১) পরিচালনা করে।"
