The agreement was signed during a BYD conference held in Shenzhen, China on March 20, 2025. However, the MSMA is currently under process for completion of the remaining legal formalities from BYD's end, which is expected to take approximately 5-6 working days. The signed copy will be shared upon completion of these formalities and receipt from BYD. (cont.3)
