কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে, কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদ ২০ আগস্ট, ২০২৬ তারিখে অনুষ্ঠিত তাদের ২০২তম বোর্ড সভায় নিম্নলিখিত সিদ্ধান্তসমূহ গ্রহণ করেছে এবং কোম্পানির চলতি ব্যবসায়িক বিষয়াদি নিয়ে আলোচনা করেছে: ১. অনুমোদিত শেয়ার মূলধন বৃদ্ধি: পর্ষদ বিশেষ সাধারণ সভা (ইজিএম) থেকে প্রয়োজনীয় অনুমোদন সাপেক্ষে কোম্পানির অনুমোদিত শেয়ার মূলধন ২০০ কোটি টাকা থেকে ৪০০ কোটি টাকায় বৃদ্ধি করার প্রস্তাবটি বিবেচনা ও অনুমোদন করেছে। (অব্যাহত ১)
