News of RUNNERAUTO): In this regard, the Board approved: the signing of the relevant Technical License Agreement (TLA) with BYD; and the import and distribution of BYD vehicles in Completely Built-Up (CBU) condition as part of establishing the necessary network and making the relevant preparations for setting up the project under the MSMA. It is mentionable that as per DSE's query, the company is yet to submit the copy of the said agreement. (end)
