The auditor of the Rupali Bank Ltd. has given the "Emphasis of Matter" paragraphs in the Auditor's Report for the year ended on 31 December 2020. Emphasis of Matter: As per Bangladesh Bank guidelines on Risk Based capital adequacy (Revised regulatory capital framework for banks in line with Basel III), Section 3.2(iii) instructs that all banks will be required to maintain the Minimum Capital to Risk Weighted Assets Ratio (CRAR) of 10% of the total Risk Weighted Assets (RWA).
