Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 08.09.2022 regarding Bangladesh Bank declined approval of 2% cash dividend instead of 2% stock dividend, the Company has further informed that Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission has accorded its consent for issuance of 2% Stock Dividend for the year ended December 31, 2021. The Company also informed that new Record date for entitlement of Stock Dividend will be notified later.
