RUPALIBANK Corporate Disclosure — 14 May 2023

(Continuation news of RUPALIBANK): maintained and the provision shortfall against loans and advances, other assets, investments and off balance sheet exposures. As of the balance sheet date, the bank has a provision shortfall, for which the bank has obtained permission from Bangladesh Bank (through letter no: DOS (CAMS)1157/41 (dividend)/2023-2159 dated 27 April 2023) to defer the shortfall to recognize till finalization of the financial statements for the year 2023.
