(Continuation news of RUPALIBANK): Capital plus Capital Conservation Buffer @ 12.50% both in the cases of Solo and Consolidated basis. But, the Bank has maintained Minimum Total Capital 4.92% and 4.99% in the cases of Solo and Consolidated basis respectively. 06. Reference to Note 2.4 of the financial statements, the Bank is required to complete the formalities of issuance of shares within 360 days of receiving money for this purpose as per Guideline of Bangladesh Bank.
