The Company has informed that the Financial Institutions Division under the Ministry of Finance has given consent to increase the authorised capital of Rupali Bank PLC. from Tk. 700 (Seven Hundred ) Cr. To Tk. 2500 (Two Thousand Five hundred) Cr. for the issuance of ordinary shares against Government equity as per their letter No. 53.00.0000.312.35.001.20.69 dated 20 March 2024.
