Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 22.04.2025 regarding Board Meeting schedule under LR 19(1), the company has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances, the financial statements of the company for the year ended December 31, 2024, could not be discussed in the 1249th Meeting of the Board of Directors held on April 30, 2024. The company has not yet received the necessary clearance from Bangladesh Bank for the said financial statements. (cont.)

LR 19(1) এর অধীনে বোর্ড সভার সময়সূচী সম্পর্কে ২২.০৪.২০২৫ তারিখে DSE কর্তৃক প্রকাশিত তাদের পূর্ববর্তী সংবাদের দিকে নজর রেখে, কোম্পানি আরও জানিয়েছে যে অনিবার্য কারণে, ৩০ এপ্রিল, ২০২৪ তারিখে অনুষ্ঠিত পরিচালনা পর্ষদের ১২৪৯তম সভায় ৩১ ডিসেম্বর, ২০২৪ তারিখে সমাপ্ত বছরের জন্য কোম্পানির আর্থিক বিবরণী নিয়ে আলোচনা করা সম্ভব হয়নি। কোম্পানিটি এখনও বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংক থেকে উক্ত আর্থিক বিবরণীর জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় ছাড়পত্র পায়নি। (চলবে)
