(Cont. news of RUPALIBANK) In this regard, the company has applied to the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) for a one-month time extension, up to May 29, 2025, to finalize and submit the financial statements. The new date for the Board Meeting to approve the financial statements will be informed in due course, subject to obtaining the necessary clearance from Bangladesh Bank and the approval of time extension from BSEC.
