RUPALIBANK Board to Review Q3 Results for FY 2025–26 on 30 October 2025

The Company has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company as per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, will be held on October 30, 2025 at 2:45 PM instead of earlier declared October 29, 2025 at 2:45 PM to consider, among others, un-audited financial statements of the Company for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended September 30, 2025.

কোম্পানি আরও জানিয়েছে যে অনিবার্য কারণে, ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (তালিকাভুক্তি) প্রবিধান, ২০১৫ এর প্রবিধান ১৬(১) অনুসারে কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদের সভা ৩০ অক্টোবর, ২০২৫ তারিখে দুপুর ২:৪৫ টায় অনুষ্ঠিত হবে, যা পূর্বে ঘোষিত হয়েছিল ২৯ অক্টোবর, ২০২৫ তারিখে দুপুর ২:৪৫ টায়। এর পরিবর্তে ৩০ সেপ্টেম্বর, ২০২৫ তারিখে বিকেল ২:৪৫ টায় অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। এর মধ্যে ৩০ সেপ্টেম্বর, ২০২৫ তারিখে সমাপ্ত তৃতীয় প্রান্তিকের (Q3) সময়ের জন্য কোম্পানির অ-নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক প্রতিবেদনগুলি বিবেচনা করা হবে।
