Refer to their earlier news of the company disseminated on 30.06.2025, the company has further informed that the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission vide its letter dated 12 July 2026 has accorded its consent for the issuance of 45,33,30,253 (Forty five crore thirty three lac thirty thousand two hundred fifty three) ordinary shares at a rate of Tk. 15.00 per share (cont.)

৩০.০৬.২০২৫ তারিখে প্রকাশিত কোম্পানির পূর্ববর্তী সংবাদ অনুসারে, কোম্পানিটি আরও জানিয়েছে যে, বাংলাদেশ সিকিউরিটিজ অ্যান্ড এক্সচেঞ্জ কমিশন তার ১২ জুলাই ২০২৬ তারিখের চিঠির মাধ্যমে শেয়ার প্রতি ১৫.০০ টাকা দরে ৪৫,৩৩,৩০,২৫৩ (পঁয়তাল্লিশ কোটি তেত্রিশ লক্ষ ত্রিশ হাজার দুইশত তিপ্পান্ন) টি সাধারণ শেয়ার ইস্যু করার জন্য সম্মতি দিয়েছে। (চলবে)
