The company has informed that pursuant to the consent accorded by the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) vide Letter dated July 12, 2026 and the decision of the 1292nd meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank held on July 22, 2026, Central Depository Bangladesh Limited (CDBL) has credited 45,33,30,253 (Forty Five Crore Thirty Three Lac Thirty Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Three) ordinary shares to the BO Account (cont.1)

কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে, বাংলাদেশ সিকিউরিটিজ অ্যান্ড এক্সচেঞ্জ কমিশন (বিএসইসি)-এর ১২ জুলাই, ২০২৬ তারিখের পত্রে প্রদত্ত সম্মতি এবং ২২ জুলাই, ২০২৬ তারিখে অনুষ্ঠিত ব্যাংকের পরিচালক পর্ষদের ১২৯২তম সভার সিদ্ধান্ত অনুসারে, সেন্ট্রাল ডিপোজিটরি বাংলাদেশ লিমিটেড (সিডিবিএল) বিও অ্যাকাউন্টে ৪৫,৩৩,৩০,২৫৩টি (পঁয়তাল্লিশ কোটি তেত্রিশ লক্ষ ত্রিশ হাজার দুইশত তিপ্পান্নটি) সাধারণ শেয়ার জমা করেছে। (অব্যাহত ১)
