(Continuation news of RUPALILIFE): As life insurance company has no identifiable profit instead it has a surplus which is to be distributed to the policy holders and shareholders as a predetermined ratio i.e 90% and 10% respectively as per Insurance Act 2010 & insurance rules 1958.
