SAFKOSPINN Corporate Disclosure — 2 June 2025

The company has informed that despite their sincere efforts, the situation of the company has not improved up to expected level due to present economic turmoilic conditions in the field of Textile market and due to scarcity and very high price of raw materials in local market. In that circumstances, the management of the company has decided to extend the shutdown period of production for further 2.5 months upto 16 August 2025 which includes the Eid ul Azha holiday from 4th June to 14th June 2025.

কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে তাদের আন্তরিক প্রচেষ্টা সত্ত্বেও, টেক্সটাইল বাজারে বর্তমান অর্থনৈতিক অস্থিরতা এবং স্থানীয় বাজারে কাঁচামালের ঘাটতি এবং অত্যন্ত উচ্চমূল্যের কারণে কোম্পানির পরিস্থিতির প্রত্যাশিত স্তরে উন্নতি হয়নি। এই পরিস্থিতিতে, কোম্পানির ব্যবস্থাপনা আগামী ১৬ আগস্ট ২০২৫ পর্যন্ত উৎপাদন বন্ধের সময়কাল আরও আড়াই মাস বাড়ানোর সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে, যার মধ্যে ৪ জুন থেকে ১৪ জুন ২০২৫ পর্যন্ত ঈদুল আজহার ছুটি অন্তর্ভুক্ত রয়েছে।
