The Board of Directors has recommended 5% cash and 27% stock dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2016. The Board has also revised the rights offer with 1R:1 @ Tk. 15.00 each including premium of Tk. 5.00 per share which was previously declared with 2R:1 @ Tk. 20.00 each including premium of Tk. 10.00 per share, (which was approved by shareholders in the EGM on July 17, 2016), subject to approval of shareholders and Regulatory Authorities.
