The Board of Directors has recommended 29% stock dividend for the year ended on 30th June, 2015. The Board has also decided to increase the Authorized Share Capital of the Company from Tk. 100.00 crore to Tk. 500.00 crore subject to the approval of the shareholders in the AGM by amending Clause IV of the Memorandum of Association and Article 4 of the Articles of Association of the Company.
