(Continuation news of SAIFPOWER): Our opinion is not modified in respect of this matter. Note 3.14 Contribution to Workers' Profit Participation and Welfare Funds: This represents 5% of net profit before tax, contributed by the company as per provisions of the Bangladesh Labour Act, 2006 (amendment-2013). The Company recognizes contribution to Workers Profit Participation and Welfare Fund in the accounts from the year 2019-2020. (cont.2)
