SAIFPOWER Corporate Disclosure — 1 March 2022

(Continuation news of SAIFPOWER): Bangladesh and other international destinations over a period of 15 years. Saif will perform charter-in-those Vessels on the terms as set out herein its Schedule (Charter Basis) and this each of the Charter Deals shall be guaranteed by the Guarantor which shall join in the charter party agreement as a guarantor only to the extent that shall be set out in each of the Vessel's Chartering agreement.
