(Continuation news of SAIFPOWER): under process. The management of the company tried to disburse the amount to workers through banking channel but in fact, it was very hard to find a separate bank account of all the workers. Considering circumstance and requirement for compliance with chapter-XV section 234 (a) 7 (b) of Bangladesh Labour Act-2006, the management of the Company decided to pay out the benefit in cash basis.
