SAIHAMCOT Corporate Disclosure — 29 October 2023

(Continuation news of SAIHAMCOT): informed that EPS has decreased significantly due to increase in cost of goods sold resulting from significant increase in raw materials cost, power cost, finance cost as well as other costs. Besides this, Net Operating Cash Flow Per Share (NOCFPS) also decreased due to increase of payment for cost and expenses and decrease in sales proceeds collection. (end)
