(Q1): As per un-audited quarterly accounts for the 1st quarter ended on 30th September 2013 (July'13 to Sep'13), the Company has reported net profit after tax of Tk. 46.65 million with EPS of Tk. 0.62 as against Tk. 60.83 million and Tk. 0.81 respectively for the same period of the previous year. The Company has also reported "the Melange unit of Saiham Textile Mills Ltd. went on Trial Production and Commercial Production on 1st July, 2013 and 16th July, 2013 respectively and as such comprehensive income of Melange unit has been shown in the Quarterly Accounts".
