BSEC NEWS: In exercise of the power conferred by section 20A of the Securities and Exchange Ordinance, 1969 (XVII of 1969), the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission hereby directs the Salvo Chemical Industry Ltd. that: The company shall not be entitled to apply to the Commission for raising of capital for next 3 (three) years. This shall have immediate effect. (Ref.: BSEC Directive No. BSEC/Enforcement/2077/2014/32 dated February 01, 2015).
